your pores are probably not 'clogged', what you likely have are visible sebaceous filaments whose caps are oxidized, something that is distinct from blackheads (comedos) and are a natural part of your skin. in either case, do not try to remove them by squeezing or scraping, your face is sensitive and should really not be physically exfoliated. a gentle foaming cleanser with a low (2-ish percent) of salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide up to 3 times a week. rinse and pat gently with a towel but while still damp, moisturize with a non comedogenic moisturizer.
if you bought a benzoyl peroxide cleaner do this at night because that ingredient makes your skin more susceptible to the sun, so your options are wear sunscreen before going out or avoid the sun.
avoiding the sun+sunscreen is a good skincare tip in general because the sun is a big ager (pic related) but moreso if you use something that makes your body more susceptible to sunburns which cause cancer
skincare is a lot of diminishing returns and marketing, just remember
cleanse gently and moisturize, mitigate or avoid sun. drink more water, eat less like shit. wash your bedsheets, try not to touch your face all the time.
30 year olds and up can start looking into retinol/retinoids but not everyones skin can handle that roughness
if you have acne/pimples, the aforementioned salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide can treat mild or intermittent cases but severe or cystic acne needs other shit like accutane or some other retinoid, visit a dermatologist or doctor cause a lot of that shit is prescription only
if you have deeply rough skin like on your elbows or want to be babysoft anywhere, use a thin layer of an occlusive like vaseline after you moisturize, just remember to be aware you are covered in vaseline so you dont smear it all over your chair or bed etc.
