And in most of those states, sites have to reach a minimum threshold of "adult content" to be considered porn, so that it doesn't hit a site that's full of porn but is not a porn site, like twatter.
The UK makes no such distinction, and as of July 1st, all sites deemed "adult" by the UK government will need to verify age.
