NTA but there are a few things that raises doubt as to how valid this leak is. NijiEN is known to use both Slack and Discord, sometimes management even uses Discord like when Nina was concerned about her noombers, but sometimes they have colors in their name when their stuff does leak on stream. So maybe they created yet another server to discuss how to handle drama/Selen (maybe its a management run server)? Its also odd that this screencap was dumped a full year and a half after Selen's termination, and just dropped with little context leading up to it. There was a similar screencap floating around that was also dropped not long ago, which was about Scarle telling the other Nijis about one encounter she had with Selen, where Selen allegedly asked her about how much money she made during her Nikke sponsorship. It too was just dumped without context and out of nowhere, and again sounds like a small bit of an otherwise large conversation. If you're already taking screencaps then you'll be in trouble when it all gets traced back to you, and if you want to cover your ass then why not just take screencaps of the whole thing instead of mysteriously dropping small bits one at a time?
I'm also unaware about who this Kazuki person is, maybe they were rank and file staff but its hard to see any information about him online. It could very well be real, with everything leading up to the black screen stream it sounded like they were the type of people running gay ops in their dicksword server, but until we have more connected conversations or verifiable proof, it has to be taken with a grain of salt.
