I also don't understand what he does with the shuriken but apparently they have a large enough hitbox to hit the enemies even though they hit the ground or it has some aoe damage? Not sure if it's from a skill or mod though, since I hadn't noticed this when I played ninja. But then again, why would I shoot on the ground right?
Other than that it's a melee bash build because firebug has a broken skill where she does way more damage with weapon bashes. I imagine the rationale behind it is that when you burn an enemy he sort of stumbles a little and you can take that time to bash them. I don't think they thought people were going to make melee only builds with this that outdamage ninja though lmao
