The reason Keaton is perfect for a batman beyond Bruce is not just the "zomg rember when he was batman??" It's because beyond Bruce is best when he has a ton of dialogue as the guy in the chair in Terry's ear and they can play off of each other. And Keaton is first and foremost a strong comedic actor. Specifically a sort of weird, quite humor that i definitely would not describe as "quippy". Bruce is cool but if you just try to make him "le cool grisled old guy" you are missing a ton of opportunity for humor and character.

Beyond was already set in the distant Cyberpunk-ish dystopia future of gotham, stuff like youth rebellion, drug use and sex were heavy parts of a teens life in Beyond. The main issue with creating a Beyond game is, unlike Bruce Batman, Beyond hasn't been explored enough that you'd need a strong visionary and design behind the project.

I'd definitely want a game set in the Beyond time that develops on the world, antagonists and stories of that world. But if they did, they'd absolutely have to focus on that setting, rather than the characters. Leave major character development for a later project and work on the world. That was the strength of the Arkham games, they were just Batman games that worked with the mythos rather than develop it.
