I'm also unaware about who this Kazuki person is, maybe they were rank and file staff but its hard to see any information about him online. It could very well be real, with everything leading up to the black screen stream it sounded like they were the type of people running gay ops in their dicksword server, but until we have more connected conversations or verifiable proof, it has to be taken with a grain of salt.

they hire recent college graduates for pennies and always cheap out on things that are considered standards for most corporations. we know they have branch managers and some talent managers, but not nearly enough to accomodate the amount and demands of the talents. nijisanji was never actually meant to become what it did, and was a glorified tech demo done by a nepo kid ceo. hololive started similarly but when it started to realize the direction of the audience and money flow, they changed accordingly. not that they've been perfectly moral their whole existence either.

it appears that management did indeed want to work with and keep selen despite her infraction. however, the talents banded together and wanted her terminated.

what likely happened next was that selen wanted to work on just quietly graduating in mutual agreement with staff, but the talents heavily heavily pushed for the insane termination notice and probably organized the black screen stream themselves with management oversight. in the end, this wasnt even really the fault of nijis shitty management - thought it was partially to blame.

all of this was the will of extremely vindictive talents, key among them being vox, alban, and kotoka.
