CEOs are leaders but they aren't the bosses. The bosses in a public company is the Board of Directors. The role of a CEO is to run the company and make sure the value of the company grows. That's it. People think CEO are some Dictator that makes sures everything goes to SHIT and don't understand why they get paid so much when they make shit.
