There's actually a lot of Greek writers who express skepticism or outright disdain for religious beliefs. Hellenistic religion wasn't really the insane "buy in or burn in hell" cult that Jewish religions are, which is part of the reason why so many smart people are so consumed by the Abrahamic egrigore. It plays on basic human fear and hubris really well, it's a neurotic cult of blood, death, and total consumption that only seeks to destroy what isn't shabbos such as Greek religion, which is actually very tolerant of the existence of other belief systems and is thus a problem for Jewish supremacy.
