>>714529673>corporate faggotshit shillIf you support this kind of initiative, you're actually helping the corporations you're supposedly against.
You're asking the government to force these companies to treat consumers better and meet their demands โ but why? Why try to save them? Let them mess up. Let them fail. Let Ubisoft die. Let Blizzard die. All you're doing is helping corrupt, greedy, clueless corporations stay afloat.
And honestly, why should we care about the gamers who keep supporting them? If you're still buying Ubisoft games, I donโt think you should be rewarded โ you're part of the problem. You're enabling the worst actors in the industry.
Why would I want the government to step in and help people who keep giving money to companies that abuse their trust? If these corporations donโt understand or care what gamers want, let them collapse. Thatโs how the market should work.
Worse still, by propping up these failing giants, you're hurting the actually good developers โ the ones who do respect their players and try to make great games. You're removing the competitive advantage those smaller or more ethical studios have over the big AAA names.
Support the good studios. Let the bad ones screw over the few loyal players they still have. Theyโll either adapt or die, and either way, the industry will be better for it.
