you can finish the story and reach log in impact mode in 1 or 2 months of nolifing it at weekends.
extremely generous.
daily rewards can be ignored since most of the pulls are from events twice a month. but you get a free daily pull on each banner and dailies are less than 5 minutes.
it has a 50:50 system every 100 pulls.
1.5% rate up.
there is a pull counter, at 200 pulls, you exchange the counter for the rate up character. so 200 pulls mean three 5* characters.
the counter can be exchanged for powder of hope and you can buy 1 copy of the character in the powder of hope shop which the character goes to after the banner has ended.
dupes are important. especially early ones to reduce skill points usage.
getting dupes beyond +5 converts the dupe to threads and you can increase the dupe count of one character once per month.
those shops only apply to non-limited characters but they're rare. this anniversary has no new limited characters.
skill cutscens are sex.
battles are more like puzzles. you and your enemies are on a grid, you can use skills, push the enemies or normal attack to generate Skill Points when you're out of them.
some enemies are immune to being pushed, some have taunt skills, etc...
i started 2 months ago and have 650 tickets. already did over 1500 pulls and maxed out Priestess and Sword Maiden during the collab and got their weapons.
i have a current banner character at +4. max is +5 but i'm waiting in case i got spooked with the daily pulls.
i have another current banner character at +2 and another at +0 i got spooked by.
i have over 50 5* characters i acquired between freebies, recruiting by using a special recruitment currency (scrolls) and pulling.
there is an anniversary currently and will go on for around 2-3 more weeks then there will be a summer event.
now is a great time to start since they're rerunning a must have +5 limited character in late August.
