AI is actually destroying the company I work for, not because it's replacing the workers, but because management is relying on it more and more while having almost no idea what we are doing on the floor and they use AI because they think using it makes them cutting edge, when the way they use it is has generally just been slowing us down because the burden of correcting the mistakes fall on the engineers as it has general usage, but it's not for very specific kind of information we need. One if the companies impacted is King who are the guys who run Candy Crush and have been raking in more than a billion dollars in revenues for Microsoft.
