This is how I basically fixed the game for myself. If I get backstabbed by a kunai spy with 50+ points or headshotted by a sniper with 50+ points, I leave the game. It's just too hard/annoying to counter these niggas unless you happen to have a couple of legitimately good people on your team.

If you're regularly getting fucked up by a Sniper or a Spy, then your team sucks and deserves to lose. Spies should be dead after one backstab, two at most, and Snipers should be able to be overwhelmed by mobile classes like Soldier and Scout during openings.
