Just to make you understand what we're looking at: if you played the original Spyro 3, there's a stage where you play for the first time as a penguin who can fly upwards at will and shoot projectiles. In Spyro 3.5, you have to play that level as Spyro and jump out of the corpses of enemies and random animals as they disappear at the right time in order to ascend. Miss once? Exit and play the level from the top!

This is just factually untrue. The rest isn't too inaccurate, the game selection at ESA last week was fucking horrible, GDQ's list does look a lot better. But the runners are always lower quality at GDQ.

I've been watching GDQ's since 2013 and this is the first marathon where I actually have a job while it's going on. I was a NEET for every other event. Feels really bad because I hate my job.
