In a world with healing magic and healing potions available at every street corner, there's no reason the most renowned mage alive would stay injured. Much more believable to say he's just "aura farming", as kids say. He can walk just fine but is showing off by beating people without even lifting his ass off the chair. People here always bring up healing magic but ignore how the lore portrayal is very different from gameplay. In the novels for example even full fledged priestesses of Elune need to pray over the wounded for lengthy periods of time for any healing to take effect.

They went through and discretely edited some quest dialogue. Took away any derogatory mention of women.
And they added a warlock quest at 20 alongside your succubus quest to go interact with gay couples to get a faggot twink incubus summon.
To that same end, the tailoring trainer in Orgrimmar has been retconned as gay. The two night elves at the house near the border of Darkshore and Ashenvale are now gay. And they changed the guy you need to kill near the Thandol Span for your undead Succubus quest to a woman so that she can be gay too.
But the lazy asses didn't change the quest text so the woman is still referred to as a guy.
