All content in the game is f2p friendly, actually surprisingly generous compared to other Korean games. The only thing that you can’t grind f2p is cosmetics. Although they’ve increased how often they give out free cosmetics for events. You can get a nun skin for free for Ines (hottest character imo) for logging in for 40 days right now.
Crafting mats are timegated, but as long as you rotate what you’re grinding it’s not bad, set up crafts before sleep, 95% of them will be ready the next day.
Everything else as to power increase is just running missions and there’s no limiter on how much you can run.
