this isn't NMS nor is the publisher backing it nearly as charitable as those guys were.
>The thing is theyโve made assloads of cash from this game. S3 shows theyโve heavily invested into it because of that. This isnโt going to be a light series of updates.
don't hype yourself up, nexon has a very large track record of fucking things up spectacularly
>Any rational person would look at that and see potential value.
but those same rational people would see that the money hungry fucks making the game is nexon, they'd know that their track record is so fucking bad when it comes to long term game health that the potential is blown by association.
>As far as the core content has gone, Iโm much happier with the games systems than I was at launch. Theyโre headed the right direction and are incredibly communicative. Their discord is evidence of that.
the game got qol for the first year of it's life, sure i won't deny it.
to say they're incredibly communicative is a bit of a stretch; every QnA they have is always prioritizing questions that can be answered with a simple yes or no, but are instead answered by an essay so people think they're actually thinking about shit when they really aren't.
people that ask actual questions in their QnA's get ignored ~70% of the time, and in the rare cases the QnA's have many people asking the same important questions, they rather just re-iterate an easier question from before. it's as shallow as the pso2 headlines, just in a discord instead of a shittily formatted video.
>Vindict[us] has been online with less that 10k players for years, btw.
that isn't a point in it's favor and it makes me think you don't know just how bad nexons mismanagement of it's games can get. TFD has the potential to be vindi 2.0 due to the nature of the game and also because it's being advertised the same way vindi was all those years ago.
