Most low tier demons like Malina or Modeus have claws/melee weapons they can use to slash your throat or break your legs so I guess they are street/wall level. Justice, Beelzebub and Judgement are probably much stronger than the rest but I'm not sure by how much since there's just no information about their power level aside from having a high position in Hell, also Lucifer can turn all your blood into vinegar.
