I own a Steam Deck and would never buy a Switch 2, but the difference here is that all those Monster Hunter games you mentioned are actually good whereas Wilds unironically is just pure shit.
It would still be pure shit even if it ran at 60 FPS, btw. The performance issues are actually the best thing to ever happen to Wilds because it's managed to distract everyone from just how fundamentally poorly designed the game is.

Steam Deck is a shitbox running a linux OS and runs games through a windows emulator. Switch has nogames. I couldn't believe it myself, but I looked it up and there is no Call of Duty or Assassin's Creed for Switch. Get a ROG Ally.
