Isekai means nothing except "the protagonist is from another world". Typically the real world.

That's not a genre, that's a background detail that usually becomes irrelevant once the protagonist and the audience have the mechanics of the world explained to them. That's the only reason the protagonist is from "the real world". If they were born in this world, they'd already know this stuff.

That one actually goes pretty deep into their history and relationship, it's less about systems, powers and shit like that like you see in 99% of Isekai, and way more focused on testing their friendship and bringing out things from the past, all events and enemies are built around it. The last time I read the manga few years around, they angered the goddess that brought them to the other world, and she switched their genders. It's comedy first with drama, action and implied romance second. Pretty cool.
