the low roaster gave it away, they tried to cover this by making a million walk and talk story sections but it just highlights how boring the game is.

Monster Hunter used to be a "pop in, sign up, hunt a monster" game, and now it isn't.

they fucked a core aspect of it with this one, by the time you are doing traditional Monster Hunter "Hunts" the game is over, and you've seen them all, you can then farm the small roaster for a while.

oh and you don't hunt, you ride a bird who takes you precisely to the monster without fail.

I dont remember rise being an unoptimized mess that struggled to run on high-end machines, with an empty open world and quests the hold your hand and force you watch some gay ass cutscenes.

Rise is arcade game slop with more streamlined features than World and Wilds is streamlined to the point where it's practically a mobile game. All they need to do is remove sharpening at this point.

Maybe a Korean company could make one with more blood and a clothing breaking system. Sadly, they would probably load it up with gacha or a crazy cash shop that would make Capcom's MTX look modest.
