Yep. Their refresh earlier this year mostly sold out within a day of the pre-order going up. Even after restocks the only Aspect Warriors not sold out atm are Avengers (Old sculpt) and Scorpions (Come 10 to a box instead of 5 like others, also no Karandras)
Even the older refreshes (Banshees, Reapers, Spears) are also frequently sold out.
Most of the stuff still in stock atm are characters (most of which you only need one of), Wraiths (Point-heavy models, just one box is nearly 170p for 5 models), vehicles (old sculpts), and sub-factions (Harlequins, which scare people, and Dark Eldar, which is exclusively for Ynnari which is laughably bad right now).
Despite not getting included in any major launch boxes Eldar are still a substantially popular army, more so than Custodes, Sisters, or IG.

A little while back they had Nagash blow a giant hole in the realm of Death so he could ascend as the highest Death God and begin making his Undead Ubermensch, which fucked up the other realms a bit until Alarielle counteracted it with a giant wave of Life magic. This in turn caused some side effects in places, namely the realm of Beasts which benefitted the most and began getting out of hand. That was last edition, and after Ghur had mostly settled down there was a big multi-realm push by Sigmarite humans to reclaim previously lost land and establish new cities, which was the sort of cap-off of last edition.
This came to an abrupt halt with the start of the current editiom, when the Great Horned Rat ascended to being a full blown Chaos God with Archaon's help, which prompted the Skaven to nuke half a continent and begin invading everywhere.
More or less the perfect place for VT3, not that GW is ever smart about this sort of thing.

Dodge, block, (and especially) push more. Stick close to at least one other person at all times. Keep your head on a swivel. Ping specials and elites. Healing someone else with bandages clears the wound from both you and them. Run curse resistance on your trinket.

They're good but you don't really need them as a new player. Winds of Magic, Forgotten Relics and Return to Ubersreik come with new weapons and Winds of Magic also gives you Cataclysm difficulty, which you won't be ready for for some time. The DLC classes range from good to busted, they have more flair than the vanilla classes which makes them shitter magnets though. Hold off on these until you've tried all the base classes imo, unless one really strikes your fancy.
