Reminder that Steam Charts only show concurrent players. It's only an indicator of the amount of people who bought the game on Steam who are not playing Steam games offline who are all playing the game at that same time. Meaning when you stop playing and turn the game off, you are removed from the count. Also meaning that if you quit the game and someone else pops on, that counts as "1" count rather than "2" because the number doesn't calculate total players counts. If you have a fairly grindy game, it has lots of idle time, it rewards players for playing the game constantly and every day of the week and things like these, you're going to get higher concurrent players throughout its life. There are exceptions, but this is by and large the case.
