The writing and voice acting is genuinely marvel movie tier you are better off playing with the russian dub

After the tutorial it's a boring ubisoft openworld with broken navmeshes, the same enemies you fought in the tutorial respawning infinitely so you can grind for 5% more damage on Tuesdays. (Except for two more bosses.)

If you can justify paying for a hour, and a half of gameplay, and just quit when they start the slop, sure it was amusing.

The english voice actors are great, and damn is it refreshing not hearing the same fucking 5 VAs from California. However the delivery and dialogue is awkward at times I guess due to weird translation issues. I found the awkwardness to be hilarious but if it's bothering you swap.
It's just silly that so many people wrote off the entire game because of it.

If you don't speak Russian? Sure, it's more immersive this way. But I personally couldn't bear listening to his swearing. I was fortunate enough to be raised in a relatively well off family, and the way Russian works allows for linguistic defilement beyond what an English-only person could imagine.

The dialogue is basically some angry 13 year old tier shit. Worse still, your character never shuts the fuck up. It's especially annoying when you're trying to listen to audio logs because it immediately stops whatever audiolog you're listening to and unlike games made by competent developers the audiologs don't just simply continue after your character finally shuts his mouth so it's constantly like

It's fine. The main asset of the game is the visual style and graphics, everything else is just acceptable
As the first project of a studio and people with no experience in game development it's great, better than most modern games

I actually liked the puzzles dungeons.
They were simple so it made me feel smart.
