He lost himself cause they showed him the contract and he said "thats scary too many words i dont wanna sign it" even though he would still be the owner of his own music.

I feel like Deltarune's next chapters getting announced at the Switch 2 presentation as a launch title took a lot of its last embers too. Like now that there's Deltarune stuff again people don't have to pretend to be interested in other quirky indie RPGs to farm internet points and gatekeep.

Nah he's right, these faggots always have ulterior motives and bull shit weaved into those retarded words. Never sign away your freedom to these likes.

It's getting new content and new music cause the old composer didn't want to contribute his work to a licensed release. Other than that it still looks like it's still running in RPG Maker.

That's probably why it's a special physical edition. The Switch is the last platform where physical media actually matters so it's not uneconomical to make it, and is dominant enough in the indie market that it's safe to upsell a special edition to its consumer base.
They're not just shitting out a bunch of cartridges to take up space in an Amazon warehouse.

Well, I don't know about that. Things left to discuss about Chapters 3 and 4 are drying up and soon the fandom is going to be back to a drought until Chapter 5 comes sometime next year.

His fears of losing control of the music seem valid. Toby expresses his frustration over Undertale and Deltarune's music getting people's copyright striked all of the time. He doesn't want it to happen, but between Materia and YouTube, it's out of his control.
>>715382002 (OP) >butchering the OST because the composer rightfully told them to fuck off >turning an RPGmaker game corporate
peak soulless, this whole idea is fucked and against the spirit of it

He said he can't claim legal ownership because he used other people's stuff and they just told him "it'll be okay just trust us we'll handle it" even though the contract would have made him responsible.
>>715382002 (OP) >Still no price tag for digital release >Made in Unity instead of RPGMaker yet has zero real improvements
lol, lmao
This is really just a Fangamer cashgrab
