It doesn't work like that, representing real life wars is too much trouble for a gacha, just look at any "anime girl with guns", they prefer to either make their own world or create some new unrelated war.
Why is it so hard to get money in this game? Even the regular currency, I spend more than I'm able to get from dailies, and when the event is over and it's back to 3 races instead of 6, it's going to get even worse.
