So yeah how long would it take you to animate this traditionally? It would probably take you fucking forever even if you knew exactly what you were doing, I personally don't think I've seen a hand made animation like this before. And meanwhile AI generated it in minutes(or seconds potentially).
Now imagine when they figure out how to generate/render(generender?) it in real-time for game use. That's what Nvidia is talking about. Where you can just open unreal and make a blue sheet and say(this is cool water :DDD) and AI turns it into Nice Water with 90% realistic simulation effects and it runs with like 1fps hit. AI used in this way will make developing games infinitely easier and cheaper as well as making it easier to run them. We can see this with their latest DLSS and how it does ray tracing so well.
I know /v/ hates the smearing and shit, but that will get fixed. That latest version is already miles better than the last one.
