>>715469351 So you just go through the blue boxes and that's it? No obstacles or anything? I mean, the obvious assumption is that these "puzzles" will get more difficult but if that's so then that's something they should have demonstrated here.
>>715469695 >So you just go through the blue boxes and that's it? No obstacles or anything? We have only seen the basic ones, it stands to reason that they'll introduce more complex puzzles later in the game Like boxes that damage you instead of the enemy, boxes that you can only go through one way, and things like that
>>715469263 >Passing through blue nodes along the way boosts the effectโamplifying damage and extending the duration of the hack. >However, you donโt need to pass through every blue tile. Each situation requires you to quickly judge how many you can take. Probably provides a buff for that specific encounter. Given the enemy shown in the interactive video is probably one of the weakest mooks in the game, later enemies will presumably be much quicker at attacking โ hence the recommendation that you assess how much time you have to buff yourself depending on the combat scenario, cover, etc.
>>715469695 I believe the trailer had some puzzles with "bad" squares you gotta avoid personally I hope they get extremely complicated by the end, something that forces you to seriously focus while stressing out about the enemies around you
>>715471234 that's probably gonna get worse as she starts succumbing to whatever is making the other robots act up

>>715469695 your looking at it backwards. It's not about avoiding obstacles, but going over the maximum amount of squares you can to increase your damage. So it's a risk reward balance of doing the minimum and getting the basic damage or trying to highlight the whole box and risking getting hit while your doing it.
>>715471951 I hope they keep dropping and she is quickly forgotten. Imagine going your own way when you don't have a gigacorp to keep you safe

>>715470935 I thought that was because the game was, by capcom's own admission, originally just a small project to train new hires that ended up getting upgraded to a AAA release due to the insane response to the announcement I mean really, the game hasn't ever left the top 10 most looked forward games list by famitsu and it's currently sitting only behind DK bananza and dragon quest
>>715472961 I don't get doomerism for a game a full year before it releases and before anyone other than a handful of journalists have gotten to play it
>>715473030 To be fair... this "puzzle" system is really not very good, even if we consider more complicated versions of it down the line and if it's part of every enemy encounter, it's gonna get old really quick unlike Diana ToT.

>>715471768 Yup. Days prior to this she also retconned her height to be 150cm. On debut she was 35cm and while that was an obvious joke, there is no way she was originally intended to be 150cm. The most reasonable assumption is that she was going to be 135cm. For reference, Gura was 141cm and there is no way she originally intended to be taller than Gura especially because Saba looks younger than Gura. But the usual suspects sperged out and she knelt.
