I've seen a lot of people moving over to comick.io. it seems ok but definitely needs some work. but to be fair, mangadex was pretty bad too initially when batoto blew up, so I guess I'll give them time. there's tools you can use to export your mangadex following and import it to something like mal or anichart and then comick can sync with that. it does a decent job, but it's not 100% and I had to go through and manually make a list on both sites to double check everything
