pretty much, all the real evidence has been buried now, except for the r@pe footage itself, and that isn't really enough to prosecute anymore. Epstein having a flight log means nothing either, you can't convict someone for taking a flight, there is simply not enough evidence to prosecute.

You need the girls in question, on the videos being abused, to be testifying on the stand against the guys in the video, which will simply not happen in 99+% of scenarios.
