Jehct somehow managed to escape the dream zanarkand place, from the half assed explanation I know, jecht was out on a boat trying to cope with his acholism and was gonna retire, came upon sin sleeping in the water, and he touched sin and became real and ended up in real zanarkand. Only sin can get to it, so somehow interacting with sin as a bridge allows them to get to it and leave.

Auron is dead, he died from getting his ass kicked from Yunalesca when she explained Jecht and Braska died for nothing only to stall Sin. But he had unfinished promises to get Tidus from dreamland and try to figure out a way to kill Sin. So since he's an unsent, he just... exists but he doesn't tell anyone this.
