this will reward aggressive snipers with the power they have now, while slowing down campy snipers as they have to charge for longer, and also taking away their most important damage tresholds when too far from action- quickscope headshot on 150 health classes, and full charge headshot on overhealed heavy

1024 units still massively outranges other classes, so it's not like you won't snipe, you'll baisically play more like huntsman snoiper but with an extra option to fuck off to backlines and engage safe plinking mode.

if one game, i choose starcraft 2 to have full support for offline play and dedicated ladder servers, that's it. you can shoose to play completely offline, via lan and whatnot, or you can just choose a ladder server to log into - not only battlenet, but any server - these servers can impose their own rules or mods or whatever, so you can change mappools, do some balance adjustments, etc.

if multiple games, i choose for it to be magically impossible to sell lootboxes, skins etc
