i went to alamo once because they were showing back to the future and they had popcorn choices that went up to almost 1600 cal and you could get as many refills as you wanted. i ended up getting a 10" pizza and beer which was still half the cals of the some of the popcorns they had.

I know the feeling. I didnt have any non stadium seating corpo theater foryears. I used to have an Alamo but a bridge was closed and now it takes literally 2+ hours to drive around to another route crossing so I go to another high end sit down restaurant theater but not as good as alamo. Look for some of those too. iPic for instance is solid seating and food but lacks alamo's culture and selections (it wants to be luxury more than anything). Cineopolis I hear decent things about too, but Alamo is reeally the best. Good luck anon
