While he is right on what he is saying there is really nothing wrong with it to begin with. A consumer demanding to get their money´s worth is not wrong. You buy a game to have a good time, you want to enjoy it and for that the game needs to be good so off course you are going to complain or stop buying if the games are not good. It´s your right as a consumer, a company is not entitled to your money if they can´t deliver a product you want to buy.

And yes, when truly great games appear you rise the bar. You wouldn´t want to pay 80 for a bad game when when that same amount of money can get you a really good one. It´s just common sense.
