I recently finished Mad Max on PS5. It’s a solid game, but the story felt weak. Collecting scrap, clearing camps, and destroying hidden insignias was fun at first, but it got repetitive, overall, it was an enjoyable big-budget slop game

I preordered Wuchang: Fallen Feathers and bought Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3+4 and Khazan: The First Berserker (the latter was on sale).

I’m currently playing Avowed and Silent Hill: Downpour on Xbox Series X, Persona 4 Golden and Lost Ruins on Nintendo Switch, and Yakuza: Pirates in Hawaii and Team Sonic Racing on PS5, a great mix of games.

I’m excited for the Switch 2, especially for Mario Kart and Donkey Kong Bonanza, but it’s too expensive un my country.

The new FromSoftware game sounds cool but focuses on multiplayer, which isn’t my vibe.I love gaming, but I’m exploring different genres to keep it fresh and exciting

Looking forward to Silent Hill f, Mouse P.I for Hire and Resident Evil Requiem.

been playing pokemon shining pearl and it's a sickeningly bad game. legit 0/10. it gives me the feeling i imagine you would get from playing a predatory mobile game teasing you that something good is just around the corner but it never comes. people joke about how common bidoof is but every trainer in this game keeps throwing geodudes and zubats and magikarps at you. every area teases you with hm blocked side areas that give the impression of this huge world to explore and then you go back to find brief side paths with max revives and rare candies. the game is so fucking slow, the battles are treated with this immense fanfare (it's 10 seconds into a battle before you can even press a button, longer for trainers) but the fights are almost always completely insubstantial. i don't even know how to begin talking about affinity.

Lorerim overhaul mod for Skyrim. The Ovlivion remaster sent me down an Elder Scrolls hole for the past few months. Lorerim is bloated as fuck but I just cant stop. There's no purpose to do much of the shit in here, but I couldn't imagine playing without it.

New games are all almost always garbage. Once im done with this Im going to mod the ever loving shit out of Morrowind. I only get about an hour or so to actually unwind and game so this should last me a long time.

Bought my first apartment 2 years ago.
Paid more than half of it as deposit and instead of living in it I decided to rent it.
Best decision of my life, not only the value of the apartment itself doubled but it basically pays of itself and I have a little bit of money left. I do not really play video games anymore. I have a wife and a child on the way. I have been playing all the SNES games that came out before my time. I have averaged about one a year since 2021. I have played Super Metroid, Earthbound, Super Mario World, and just beat the Special Cup on 150cc in Super Mario Kart. I will watch competitive Melee / Ultimate matches when a big event happens. I am seriously considering not buying a Switch 2 and getting off the ride completely because I do not want my kid to play video games. nta all of the 500gb overhauls are fine, the issue always is at the end of the day you're playing skyrim no matter how many 4k wood bark texture packs and quirk chungus redhead elf companion mods are installed.

Finishing up my Invincible Armors with Mode Changer, Rubber, Hand Shaker, and Sweet Tempter unique innocents on them. in Disgaea 4.

Just have to grind out a few weapons afterwards to have perfectly maxed out equipment for my characters.

Will dupe some HP/SP innocents on Serums afterwards to cap HP and SP and call my builds done.

Completely unnecessary since my Makai Wars with 35~ Item God kills got me all the way to beating basic Baal already. Trick Move and Mode Changer is all you honestly need to beat everything in the game but my autism compels me.

I remembered the first /v/ threads when it was still in Alpha, but I remember not liking it and being way too into Skyrim and WoW so I ignored it until 2021. I don't regret avoiding it this long, but man was I missing out.

I have my own realms server that old WoW friends sometimes come back on but I haven't seen much. I got a tunnel and cart ride to set of two ancient cities I'm cleaning out and I'm going to move my trading hall into. I'm thinking a small water base around the main walkways, which I'll slowly rebuild with mirroring and then expanding what remains of the deskulked parts back into what I believe it looked like.
