Artists, which modders are part of, are fueled by constant meltdowns
Any collaborative group project between artists is, maximum, one week from a major implosion - best case scenario is only one member gets kicked. Frequently the group forks.
This happens in literature, indie game dev, music production - and its, sadly, why the No-fun-allowed manager role is a necessary component of artistic production

Drug abuse, relationship drama, mental health crisis, and intense ideological arguments are constantly occurring between members and they’re also generally ‘idealist/emotional’ types. It’s amazing that any non-corporate art actually gets made, but you’ll notice that almost all of the noteworthy indie works were made by one guy and not a ‘group of equals’

NTA but I sometimes join servers of games I want advice on how to get better at. More niche games it’s usually the only way. And thankfully those games have a less retarded fanbase compared to popular games
