It's been a long time.

It was actually Uncharted 4 multiplayer. Which is something I didn't and don't play and this dude had a full on meltdown that I didnt employ MLG tactics at level 5 for King of the Hill mode.

I was playing hearthstone and a guy was playing an infinite armor Druid deck and I played a card that destroys all the armor from the opponent and beat him. He sent a message to me asking how the fuck did I have that specific card in my deck and I told him that it was because of people like him, then he called me a shithead.

I have over 30 pages of steam profile comments. Almost all of them are from Dead by Daylight and left 4 dead 2. I still get them regularly

At least a year but that's because I mostly play on Playstation. And people get bans for sending hate mail and shit talking you now. So most faggots have their messaing on private so you can't even message them. I personally have a throw away account that I used to to send hate mail so my main account doesn't get banned.

Idk I wish I knew but the glory days of hate ended decades ago. Xbox 360 and dedicated PC servers were the last of that era. Now the most I get is some faggot calling me toxic for telling them to group up and then requesting to join me in a voice channel after the game ends.

I played all the Dark Souls in 2016 but I never interacted with the community I just play the game by itself. There was a covenant you’d upgrade by using seals from defeating other players. So I invaded but barely anyone was playing. I eventually invaded I think Anor Londo and I invaded and destroyed many players. I got a LOT of hate mail though after doing it. I even got annoyed and reported the players who sent the worst hate mail. Years later I found out from a random Dark Souls video that you’re supposed to “duel” people there without using heal items and I used many healing items and broke unspoken rules which is why I got hatemail. Why did they implement it so poorly though? If I was a player not using online resources because I don’t want spoilers and I like to discover everything myself how would you know about that? Why can’t they implement some normal multiplayer mode? And I only did it so I could get seals for a covenant, why couldn’t it just be from monster drops? I never engage with these online communities because it’s all toxic and reddit and I just want to play my way and get my money’s worth.

I'm usually pretty shit at games, but I dominated some Scout main (unusuals, australium scattergun, the lot) in a TF2 match so absurdly hard, like 20 kills 0 deaths just on him, while he just kept seething more and more.
I wasn't even going for him at first, I just kept happening to kill him, but then I found it funny so I started just targetting him and then hiding in spawn so he could never, ever get a revenge kill. Just 30+ minutes of dunking on this guy.

Turned out he was the leader of some edgy clan, so my Steam profile got spammed with dozens of messages by a bunch of angry teenagers for embarrassing their almighty clan leader.

My shining video game achievement, and I'm eternally happy I for some reason stripped my usual bonds of shittiness and went god-mode just for that day.
