Can confirm. I've been straight edge my whole life,get plenty of water and avoid sunlight and people say I look mid 20s despite being 35. I also wonder if all the antidepressants,anti anxiety and anti psychosis medications are making zoomers age poorly. I've never taken any of those and most millennials were just taught to ignore their mental health and rawdog life.
