>MGSMostly anti-war, themes of human purpose, connection despite adversity, and overcoming the odds
>Deus ExNot sacrificing our souls for material gain, making sure we stay in step with each other and give diplomacy a chance and to not rely on authority figures lest they abuse their positions of power over us
>ForsakenWe put an ugly black bitch in our game about like magic or something lol, its a commentary about racism and being hecking nice okay chud?
Do you see the difference in not only intent, but simply the philosophy represented by the writing? Additionally, the excellent point made by the first poster - I haven't played Final Fantasy so I can't speak to those games - but Fallout, Deus Ex, and MGS are all first and foremost FUN, WELL-MADE VIDEO GAMES. Not just a vessel to inject modern political rhetoric into a consumable media to subtly shift consumer's viewpoints.
get fucked shitty bot OP, and fuck the redditor that made the original image as some sort of "gotcha" when all modern discourse surrounding the three games I briefly discussed has been infected by wrongthink like "media literacy" and tainted any genuine connection in favor of adhering to the social consensus filter.
