I want skipping cutscenes to have storyline significance/branches.
In a cutscene one of your party members dies but if you skip the cutscene before that happens he's alive and well.

A completely and totally destructible environment.
What I'd like to see is a game with massive combat ala Planetside 2, but the battlefield is an entire city, complete with basements and sewer lines and even subway tunnels. I want a city where every building can be destroyed brick by brick until the only thing left is solid bedrock, kind of like what they did in Bananza.
It's a shame, we had pretty impressive destruction mechanics 15 years ago with Red Faction but progress there seems to have stalled despite computers only getting more and more powerful.
