I think developers should make better games and not half-ass things. They're getting a lot of criticism and instead of owning up to it they're trying to use that one Japanese guy who said "kys wwwwwwwww" as a reason to nullify player opinion.

Devs all over the place piss on everyone else all the time, and they usually have moderator powers to control what people say or don't say.
I always see it as a reality check, as I have never heard of a dev actually dying from an angry customer despite this industry being at least 40 years old.
