But if they really were autistic about it, we would go back to early Battlefields where each faction was stuck with their faction's weapons unless they picked up an enemy kit.
But this isn't considered fun. Players and devs want to have a choice of gun, regardless if it makes sense within the setting.
And because there's not that many factions, they end up putting more gun options for fun even though they don't necessarily make sense.

The latter two do nothing better as an actual infantryman's weapon anyway. The hyperburst on the AN-94 is a gimmick that you gain in exchange for being basically impossible to do proper field maintenance on (this is on top of the ones that were in service having shitty options for modernisation but realistically if they were put back into production someone could make a lightweight stable optic/light mount). P90 has worse ballistic performance than even short barreled 5.56 rifles, let alone a .300BLK gat; it could never defeat anything more than soft body armour, it couldn't even beat the Russian armour it was designed to defeat, which are much worse than modern ceramic plates.
There's basically nothing better as a main service rifle than a 11.5-14.5" AR-15 with a suppressor for the forseeable future of modern combat and the gun industry is designed around convincing potential contractees otherwise.

Tactical reloads and screen shaking made sense from that game's context, you're playing as a SF operator who's trying to reload as fast as possible. Nowadays most viewmodel animators are just blindly copying CoD because the animations looked satisfying or pretty and BF6 is unfortunately following suit.
