I've only gotten 20 endings so far but I don't know if I can continue.
The original ending was a great set-up.
My first real route when the game started opening up was great, got the ending where Everyone died fighting the Academy's defense system to save the Futurans after Vexhness annihilated mankind. I think was labelled ending 2 or 1, not sure). Was a legitimate tear jerker. Went and did a few what-ifs along that route like telling Eito to leave or siding with the Futurans. They were either underwhelming or alright.
Then I went back to see if I could get an ending where I could save EVERYONE and stumbled across a really interesting Hiruko route that involved time travel or leaping timelines or something and thought it was really cool. Then it motherfucking locks me out of the route and tells me I need to find 3-4 other, specific endings before I can continue.
What the hell?

So I've been grinding fucking endings and routes and nearly everything I've stumbled across is either god-awful, a nothingburger or just an obvious "bad end".
After realizing this, the entire game just leaves a bad taste in my mouth as it's becoming more and more obvious that it's extremely padded with pointless low quality filler routes to sell the "100 endings", and the more I play the more I'm starting to realize that although the characters were fun at first, they're no where near as complex, engaging or deep enough to stretch them out across this many endings and I'm starting to see them as cardboard cutouts more and more as everything I know about these characters hasn't really changed much from the first route or two I've played.

It's not even worth it brother. The S.F. ending is just a feel good thing because everyone lives. It has no cutscene. Just a random picture at the end and text.

The actual best ending is the one you mentioned, 2nd scenario. All the clones dying and Nozomi being saved by Furutans is a good ending. The clones were never really real and the humans don't really deserve life since they're trying to steal the planet of another race.

2nd scenario is win/win. The rest of the endings are just meme endings. I honestly held B through most of the Slasher and Box of Calamity cause it was boring. Its a real grind cause of all the free time as well.

Honestly after playing more my biggest problem with the game is that there's only 2-3 story locks in the entire game when some routes either really need context from other routes or are just underwhelming/meant to be a sort of break between heavier routes. There's definitely a lot of padding to reach the 100 endings count but there's still 20 or so 'main routes' that have as much content as Route 0.

Yeah, like I do think it’s crazy knowing that someone could play BoC before Slasher/Mystery, because that route helps a lot to add context to them after the fact. Playing it first basically means getting the whole idea and plot twist immediately.

The way they write this shit is like this:

You kinda have to make peace with the fact that Hundred Line is a concept/anthology VN rather than a super duper intricate route web. There ARE some overarching ties, but most of the routes are just experimenting with different genres and conventions, and you have to be willing to just ride it out.
I got the game at launch and I'm still only 40 or so endings done. It's one of those things you shouldn't force yourself to bumrush.
If you end up just not really vibing with it, and specifically want more stuff like the Hiruko time travel stuff, hop on the Zero Escape trilogy since that route is all Uchikoshi from what I can tell, you're gonna get a lot of overlap. It helps that, from what I can gather, Hiruko is very clearly an analogue to Phi from Virtue's Last Reward. There are still story locks in those games but it's much more uniform in themes and general plot so it's not as much of a cockblock.
