I just picked it up during the Xbox sale and hit level 15. Graphics, music, story, and gameplay are all pretty gud thus far. The only complaints on my end are some of the dialogue being unnecessary (that one Adam Smasher line on repeat kek) and the traffic+autodrive could use some tweaking.
