Sacred 1 is pretty good. It came out ages ago so don't expect modern shit. The world is huge and worth exploring. It's handcrafted and still looks nice. Classes feel different from one another. Here's some gameplay.

1 has better exploration, aesthetics and snappier combat.

But 2 has vastly superior character building (skills, attributes, etc). I think a remaster of 2 would be better to have because its camera, controls and combat are janky and could use a lot of improvement.

Enough badmouthing Sacred 2, exploration was better than Sacred 1 with way more varied environments, it had more classes, more spells, multiplayer done right with excellent controller support, and the quests were more varied.
