My biggest disappointment about growing old (35yo) is that people my age pretty much disappeared from the internet, or they just don't use discord anymore. Sure, forums exist but they're pretty dead compared to 10-20 years ago.
I just can't relate to young people anymore. They're all brainwashed to hate lewd and loli shit. They're also rabid leftists always moralfagging and looking for a reason to ostracize others who don't pass their purity tests. They will purposefully interpret your words in the worst way possible in order to get you banned from the servers. And most gaming discords are moderated by the same couple dozen people who have bots that will cross-ban you on all servers if you get banned from one. The end result is that everyone is awfully tame and fake, or trying to score points with the mods by reporting anything a little spicier than the norm. I hate it. Meanwhile /v/ is filled with thirdies who try too hard to fit in by shouting buzzwords and calling each other fags without the ability to form a single coherent argument or idea. Only reason I'm even here anymore is I'm stuck sick in bed with no energy to play vidya.

I'm in my mid thirties and game pretty consistently. Changes I've noticed....
>I care more about story than younger me did. Also I think my reading comprehension has only gotten better as I've aged.
