obviously it will always have delay since it has to wait for the frame to render so it can use motion vectors to interpolate the fake frames, then a moment to render it
there is some confusion between input delay that gets higher, and ms delay between each frame which gets lower, but either way, fram gan games will feel veeeery sluggish when ran at 60 fps, since the base becames 60ms, the final thing can be like 80ms delay
delay which will be 4x higher than game running at 60 native with 16ms delay
and you can REALLY feel that a game has 4x higher input delay, it feels like shit
