no you really can't. in fact, if you write more than 10 words in a youtube comment, the probability that it will be automatically and silently censored approaches 100% because there are a billion wordfilters and sentiment classifiers each thirsty to delete comments.
i have a moderately popular youtube channel and roughly ~7yrs ago, you could see comments being censored by youtube in real time if you had comment notifications enabled. approx 80% of all comments made on my videos would be removed automatically by youtube and would not appear. this is on top of the extra comment moderation you can enable/disable (i always had it disabled)
almost all of them were completely innocuous comments about the video, literally something like "i used to like that game but it got watered down" etc. - instantly shadow-removed, the poster would see it as being posted but it never actually was.
at some point they removed the notifications but it still happens, as you can see yourself by checking on your own comments in incognito
considering this was 7yrs ago it's likely much much worse now
