This is kind of disappointing, isn't it? Not even new levels but just remixed versions of levels from the base game (which already had remixed versions of levels as part of the post game). One more cup in the arena, no new copy powers and only 3 new mouthful forms.
I'm still getting it day of release but man, I was expecting more

Immediately repackages it for ten times more. They used to have 20$ rereleases to appeal to new customers, now they expect everyone to double dip for multiple titles

They are probably hiding a fair deal of the extra content for either later trailers or release date. Considering that this is essentially a $20 DLC, I wouldn't be surprised if there were additional blueprints and stuff they didn't want to reveal.

From the first teaser it was clear this was going to just be remixes of the base game stages but the lack of new Abilities or even Blueprints is disappointing (unless they hide something like Morpho Sword behind completion). Seems like a stopgap to push Upgrade Packs as a concept while the team gets more time for the next mainline game. Air Riders probably wasn't factored in to scheduling for HAL.

I think it's just worded oddly. They're saying you get 60 FPS in the main game now compared to Switch 1's 30 FPS. You can see it running at 60 in the Treehouse footage.
