For the nth time, just use crypto.
Steam doesn't allow it? Just pirate until they do.
They'll start using it sooner rather than later because fiat is imploding, banks are moving into crypto, and stablecoins are tied to fiat anyway.

It can be summarized in less than that, one word even: inflation.
Your time is stolen from you every month and every year. Depreciation erodes the purchasing power of your boomer notes.
USD is also the global reserve currency, but that's constantly undermined by our enemies (like BRICS) trading in local currencies.
It's just getting worse as more people understand that the dollar means nothing and they're not using a currency backed by people they hate.
The price of eggs was just an example, but it's come to be a symbol of just how awful things have gotten.

It will effect it only by association - everything moves in trends in the government and this moves the tend more towards free speech.
It's about debanking specifically though, so you'll still have a split in the conservative factions - some of them think that porn should be banned, some of them think we need absolute free speech.
Basically this is a minor win for the free speech and 2nd amendment crowds, but if there's not any action afterwards nothing will happen. It shows Trump's position on said issues - he hasn't publicly spoken on the porn bans and he's likely leaving it up to the states to decide. Federal protections for porn won't come from this, they would only come from a broader movement and not the "state's rights" movement that Trump has been pushing.

That's what fiat currency is trying to get you to do, yes: live fast paced, don't save, constantly spend for immediate gratification.
You could do that right now but you shouldn't need to. You could put your money into assets and then retain its value, or even increase it over time, far beyond the shitty interest rates (((banks))) give you.

>or should I keep number in account go bigger make brain feel good?
It's an incredibly bad idea because your USD is constantly losing value.
Use this calculator if you don't understand it.
https://www.usinflationcalculator.com/
A $60.00 video game in 2015 would be $81.66 now. Over 10 years, you've lost $21. The more you accumulate and the more you save, the more you would've lost.
Now imagine saving your whole life, only to realize you've lost even more than just $21.
And prices are rising all the time, month to month.
Start preserving your wealth in assets. It's what all the wealthy people do and it even saves them on tax. BTC is a decent store of value, you could also buy precious metals like gold or silver.
If you keep money in the bank you're being reckless.

Don't get scammed by the crypto retard. Bitcoin isn't a store of value, it's a highly volatile speculative asset with the sole purpose to sell it to greater fools later down the road. Invest in proper companies who actually have revenue and value outside of just people pumping a ponzi scheme. If you don't want to think much about it, just put most of your money in the S&P 500 or a similar broad market ETF.

You're describing fiat. BTC has been more stable than USD the past few years, and it has constantly increased in value rather than decreased. If you bought 1 BTC in 2013 for $20, you would've been able to sell it now for $116,000 now. "Volatility" is used by tards like you to convince people not to invest in assets.
>If you don't want to think much about it, just put most of your money in the S&P 500 or a similar broad market ETF.
LOL, the S&P 500 is even more volatile. Look at UNH right now. I'm also invested in it, but if you think it's better than bitcoin by any stretch of the imagination you clearly don't have much invested in it.

This is such a stupid argument. You can say that about literally any asset that has gone up massively in the past and it has zero affect on whether or not it's a smart investment choice right now. Buying Bitcoin right now is like buying Palantir or Telsa right now. Is it so surprising that to make a profit on an asset or a stock you have to be the one that sees the value in it before anyone else does? This is the whole idea behind buying low and selling high.
>Buying Bitcoin right now is like buying Palantir or Telsa right now. Obviously people who got in early made millions of $, but if you aren't one of them, why the fuck should you become exit liquidity now for those who did?
Because the value of 1 BTC is constantly rising due to whales which means that the value of SATs is also rising. If 1 BTC triples in value in the coming years, your $1000 spent invested in SATs will become $3000. These major investment firms are closing the door on you and you can't see it. Most people can't.
