I recently realized I bought this at some point and I'm having fun. Only buggy retardation I've encountered is a mission softlocking but the solution was disabling cross platform saves (???) and now it just works, and that's with some mods.
I 100% understand people feel like the game underdelivered thoughie, and the CDPR hyping it into the exosphere with overpromising was their own damn fault.
But I'm having an enjoyable time so works for me.

Playing it right now and it's pretty good. The open world is not that interesting, so I can't see myself just randomly booting it up to waste time, but the main story and side quests are fun.

The game's great, it's really fun. All the different builds and ways you can approach combat is awesome.
However, CDPR sucks ass and deserves all the shit they received for this game. Because no matter how genuinely good the game is, this isn't the mind-shattering massively immersing open world rpg they kept hyping it up to be. No, this is Borderlands with hacking and better melee options.

k I will bite. By being a good game with interesting character drama, quests, a great expansion and okay gameplay. That can get quite decent with the right overhaul mod (enemies of night city)
