Loved Radahn as well but Malenia is by far the most memorable fight in the game. For me Radahn was easier, took less time to beat and doesn't look as good as Malenia especially because we faced him once before. What I remember about Radahn is the annoying phase 2 mechanic where beams would fall down from the sky if you get just a little too far from the boss. The Godwyn/Eclipse theories, whatever happened there

Radahn was always going to be the consort because even if they chose Godwyn, it wouldn't be as unique of a boss design (he's almost always imagined as an adult Miquella). FromSoft also probably saw the fanbase liking Radahn so much that they had to bring him back.
It's still an equally stupid asspull considering Miquella already ascends to godhood and still needs a big bro to help carry him in the fight.

The Miquella is Griffith theories in the base game were too on the nose so for the DLC, so Miyazaki ended up having Miquella become Griffith (with a new boyfriend).

Miquella has no assshole anyway. I guess Radahn could be incidentally gay but that seems unlikely. The only two gay characters in the game are the first and third most evil characters in the story

Miquella's original cut ending had absolutely nothing to do with Godwyn (or even Mohg). The eclipse stuff was always overblown by the fanbase.
